Capitolato, relazioni specialistiche, computo metrico, cronoprogramma, elaborati grafici arcConfidenzialetonici e di dettaglio, mettendo in evidenza tutti quegli aspetti sia prestazionali che di esecuzione delle opere richieste che possono influenzare e determinare il valore delle opere;2. Quantificazione delle opere e identificazione delle soluzioni tecniche da implementare, affinchè siano ottimizzati i materiali e tutti i processi che concorrono 'esecuzione delle opere;3. Valorizzazione economica delle opere previste ed ottimizzate anche a seguito confronto con i possibili fornitori. Questa analisi economica viene effettuata applicando metodi e strumenti standardizzati 'interno dell'ufficio analisi che consentono la formulazione del prezzo secondo principi analitici predefiniti e consolidati dall'Confidenziale:

- 5+ anni di esperienza nel ruolo;
- Provenienza dal settore Involucro Edilizio Edilizia;
- Laurea in Ingegneria, ArcConfidenzialetura, Diploma tecnico;
- Capacità di lettura ed interpretazione degli elaborati grafici progettuali e documenti tecnici;
- Spiccato interesse verso i sistemi per involucri edilizi nelle diverse forme e tipologie;
- Capacità di lavorare in Team;
- Capacità di organizzare il proprio lavoro definendo tempi e priorità ;
- Capacità di relazionarsi e confrontarsi con figure sia 'interno dell'impresa che 'esterno, come clienti, general contractor e fornitori, italiani ed esteri;
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese e/- francese---petenze specifiche:

- PaccConfidenziale MS Office;
- Autocad;
