- Controllo disponibilità e preparazione sale riunioni
- Supporto nelle prenotazioni e nella conseguente gestione delle trasferte dei team e dei collaboratori
- Spedizioni e commissioni per l'ufficio
- Gestione ordini cancelleria e materiale ufficio
