**Posizione**:
Cerchiamo una risorsa da poter inserire presso l'ufficio Customer Service, della funzione Sales&Marketing, area AFH Export, che si occupi delle seguenti attività:
- Inserimento conferme d'ordine di vendita sul gestionale JDE;
- Gestione e verifica trasmissione ordini arrivati da EDI;
- Verifica condizioni commerciali e disponibilità articoli presenti sugli ordini per invio al software logistico EASYSTORE;
- Gestione dell'ordine fino all' evasione, ovvero, fornire un collegamento continuo con le altre funzioni aziendali planning / logística / magazzino / contabilità clienti / per poter evadere l'ordine richiesto dal cliente nei tempi previsti;
- Archiviazione dell'ordine cliente / conferma di vendita sul gestionale JDE;
- Inserimento/gestione delle note di credito e contestazioni;
- Inserimento delle conferme di campionatura;
- Assicurare il completo presidio dell'iter dell'ordine;
- Verificare la correttezza dell'ordine in termini di articolo, quantità, prezzo, termini di pagamento e di consegna; in caso contrario interviene coinvolgendo le Funzioni specifiche e, se necessario, relazionandosi con il Cliente.
**Requisiti**:
- Diploma/laurea in discipline economiche / marketing / comunicazione;
- Buona organizzazione e cura dei dettagli;
- Buone doti comunicative;
- Predisposizione all'ascolto;
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese livello B2 parlato e scritto:
- Preferibile conoscenza anche di un'altra lingua straniera oltre all'inglese;
- Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office, particolare focus su Excel.

La sede di lavoro è presso il ns stabilimento di Diecimo sito in Via della Baccanella, Borgo a Mozzano (LU).
