**Principali attività**:
**-Gestione Oneri e spese comuni sugli immobili gestiti**:

- Acquisizione della documentazione relativa alla ripartizione dei costi per unità immobiliare (bilanci, regolamenti condominiali, tabelle millesimali, regolamenti d'uso, accordi, etc);
- Verifiche di budget e gestione/caricamento ordini;
- Verifica dei bilanci e corrispondenza con gli ordini;
- Verifica degli avanzamenti e controllo SAL;
**-Per gli immobili gestiti in condominio**:

- Gestione dello scadenzario delle quote condominiali;
- Partecipazione, mediante predisposizione delle delega, alle assemblee condominiali previa verifica dei punti all'ordine del giorno e relativa condivisione con le diverse funzioni interessate interne e esterne;
- Esame dei rendiconti preventivi e consuntivi e del relativo stato di riparto presentati dall'amministratore;
- Ripartizione dei relativi costi ai conduttori sulla base dei bilanci ricevuti dall'amministratore;
- Predisposizione del forecast/budget dei costi condominiali/straordinari;
**-Per gli immobili c.d. a "Gestione Diretta"**:

- Predisposizione dei bilanci e dei rendiconti preventivi e consuntivi completi di relativo stato di riparto;
- Ripartizione e addebito dei relativi costi ai conduttori, sulla base dei bilanci predisposti;
**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in materie economiche;
- Conoscenze di base di contabilità;
- Una esperienza in aziende del settore ed in ruoli analoghi costituirà titolo preferenziale o una esperienza pregressa in qualità di Amministratore di Condominio;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno

Orario:

- Dal lunedì al venerdì
- Turno diurno
