What awaits you:
You'll be responsible for Sales profit and revenue targets in Electromedical stream in Italy.
This involves developing and executing business strategies to attract new customers and keep existing ones, while developing them. The role includes working in synergy with the Operations Department, to facilitate service delivery, to promote strategic business areas and to identify new opportunities on the market.
Main responsabilities will be:
Execute sales plan in line with Company's sales objectives and policy. Formulate business development strategy, in synergy with Group Management. Develop business opportunities in the defined area (hunting) and maintain existing customers (farming), through effective client research, prospecting and networking. ·Develop and maintain personal knowledge of priority sectors, market trends and routes to market for improved effectiveness within a sales support function. Analyze the market continues potential, track sales and status reports. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends. Drive deals from technical definition trough budgeting and proposal to order. Approach the customer in a cross-selling perspective, promoting synergies with other business lines. Act as an interface between customers and operations (local and international network of laboratories). Prepare sales reporting, record customer interactions and opportunities into the CRM.Requisiti
What we are looking for:
University Degree in Engineering (Biomedical or Electrical preferred) Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, gained into the electro medical sector B2B sales consultant approach Good English Knolwedge Willingness to travel throughout Italy Previous experience in Testing, Inspection and Certification Sector is a plus-
