Global WCM Pillar Leader Logistics
Ariston Group is a prominent player in sustainable thermal comfort, offering a wide range of solutions for hot water, space heating, and air treatment, along with components and burners. With a strong presence worldwide, the Group focuses on sustainability, innovation, and technological advancement.
As the Global WCM Pillar Leader Logistics, your role involves driving Logistics activities to enhance plant performance and internal flows. You will lead the implementation of Lean Manufacturing concepts, ensuring sustainable results and supporting the Continuous Improvement Senior Director.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Lead and develop the WCM program for the Logistics Pillar.
- Support Plant Logistics Pillar Leaders in achieving targets.
- Propose projects for internal logistics improvements and cost reduction.
- Manage improvement projects hands-on.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement best practices.
- Promote Lean Manufacturing mindset within the organization.
- Act as a reference point for WCM logistics best practices.
- Support strategic projects in Logistics flow and Production Line design.
As the ideal candidate, your skills-set includes:
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing and industrial Logistics.
- Technical expertise in Logistics engineering and assembly line design.
- Proficiency in WCM methodology and Supply Chain operations.
- Strong communication skills in Italian and English.
Personal Skills:
- Pragmatic and proactive with a problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work in teams and engage cross-functional teams.
- A deep understanding of Operations implications.
