Che ruolo ricoprirai?
Nel ruolo di Project Manager avrai il compito di:
- Collaborare attivamente per lo staffing di progetto ed essere responsabile della pianificazione complessiva;
- Valutare l'andamento dei progetti mettendo in atto, se necessario, azioni correttive;
- Gestire richieste di modifiche, rischi e reclami;
- Governare l'avanzamento del progetto (costo, pianificazione, qualità, fatturazione);
- Svolgere attività di verifica periodica e predisposizione della relativa reportistica per l'Alta Direzione (Steering);
- Gestire la contrattualizzazione degli acquisti di terze parti;
- Costruire relazioni e condizioni a supporto della prevendita per generare valore ed opportunità di business come estensione e servizi;
- Mettere a fattor comune le esperienze maturate al fine di costruire asset aziendali nel settore Healthcare.
Qual è il tuo background?
- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza maturata preferibilmente presso primarie società di Consulenza svolgendo attività di Project/Program Management per conto di aziende del settore Sanitario.
- Capacità di coordinare e governare l'analisi di impatto sui processi e sui sistemi aziendali delle normative che insistono sul settore sanitario;
- Capacità di interazione con il cliente, raccolta dei requisiti funzionali di business e definizione delle funzionalità a supporto della definizione della soluzione tecnologica;
- Capacità di predisposizione e revisione dei deliverable di progetto;
- Conoscenza dei progetti di migrazione di piattaforme applicative in ambito Healthcare;
- Conoscenza di soluzioni di mercato verticali (dipartimentali ospedalieri);
- Competenze sul funzionamento del sistema sanitario nazionale e dei suoi processi (ambito pubblico e privato);
- Conoscenza dello standard HL7 e dei profili di integrazione delle applicazioni in ambito sanità;
- Conoscenza dei processi clinici/organizzativi legati all'adozione di una cartella clinica;
- Conoscenza delle problematiche legate all'adozione/implementazione di un repository referti (dossier clinico aziendale);
