Per la nostra sede di **Milano **, siamo alla ricerca di una persona da inserire all'interno del team di **Formazione tecnico-professionale **, che ha tra le principali responsabilità quella di progettare e realizzare le iniziative di formazione e addestramento.

Attività:

- Progettazione, sviluppo e promozione di progetti di formazione volti ad accompagnare l'evoluzione della learning experience
- Realizzazione di iniziative specifiche di formazione nelle varie Business Unit del Gruppo e o rganizzazione degli eventi (sia in aula sia a distanza)
- Valutazione dell'efficacia delle azioni intraprese e definizione delle azioni conseguenti
- Creazione di materiale didattico a supporto della formazione e delle comunicazioni connesse in formato video, digitale ed interattivo
- Gestione delle relazioni con stakeholder interni ed esterni (fornitori, HRBP, Business)
- Gestione delle attività relative alla piattaforma di learning management system
- Messa a terra di progetti finanziati attraverso i fondi interprofessionali
- Pianificazione e monitoraggio dei risultati e delle attività attraverso analisi dati su Excel e altri strumenti di Business Intelligence
- Gestione della reportistica di monitoraggio e dashboard direzionali

Requisiti:

- Laurea in discipline economiche, umanistiche o ingegneristiche (r equisito preferenziale sarà il conseguimento di un Master in ambito HR)
- Esperienza anche breve in un ruolo analogo presso società specializzate in formazione, Training Center o Società di consulenza
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office365, in particolare Excel e Power Point
- Buona conoscenza di p iattaforme Webinar (Microsoft Teams e Webex), collaboration tools (Miro, Kahoot, Microsoft Forms), strumenti di gráfica (Canvas)
- Buona conoscenza delle tematiche in ambito c hange management, formazione, tecniche di project management (preferenziale la conoscenza del business Energy)
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Completano il profilo doti organizzative e capacità di operare in autonomia e in situazioni di stress, ottime capacità relazionali e di ascolto, proattività e curiosità, forte motivazione a lavorare in team, capacità analitica e interpretazione dei dati
