- (co)-responsible for the strategic and operational development to achieve the company's goals in Italy and ensure sustainable growth and profitability
- responsibility for a certain number of potential customers (prospects) / your own market, which you are responsible for from initial contact (cold calling) to closing
- future: possibly further development to team lead in order to manage other employees in the area of workshop chains
- a motivated team that is "on fire" and wants to drive the success story forward
- sales is your passion: You are a sales hunter in B2B/SaaS/automotive sales and enjoy inspiring other people
- experience in the automotive or software environment is the cherry on the cake, but not a must
- you value partnership-based and sustainable sales at eye level
- ideally, you have already successfully built and scaled digital B2B businesses and acquired customers in the SaaS sector
- you are flexible, able to adapt quickly and have a high degree of independence
- you are native or bilingual in italian, confident in business english and keen to work in a fast-paced environment
- last but not least: you like to laugh and enjoy working in a team :-)
