- Gestione rete commerciale e degli agenti/distributori.
- Analisi dei mercati, dei clienti e dei competitors.
- Raggiungere gli obiettivi ed il target di mercato.
- Predisporre offerte commerciali e scontistiche.
- Partecipare a fiere ed eventi di settore.
- Trattative commerciali.

La risorsa, guidata da obiettivi di fatturato definiti, dovrà proporre alla Direzione strategie per raggiungimento degli stessi.
Collaborerà con le altre funzioni aziendali al fine di garantire gli standard che massimizzino la soddisfazione dei clienti.
**Requisiti**:
- Ha una formazione Universitaria.
- Ha maturato esperienza di almeno 7/8 anni nella medesima mansione.
- Preferibile provenienza dal settore componentistica automotive.
- Conoscenza professionale lingua inglese (C2).
- Preferenziale conoscenza a livello professionale di una seconda lingua.
- Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte.
- Orientamento ai risultati e determinazione.
