About the Role
As a Customer Service Sales Area Manager at ACMA, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in the packaging machines industry. Reporting directly to the Head of Function, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve commercial and budget goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Implement sales strategies and manage sales processes to consolidate and develop business results, achieving assigned budgeted results for After Sales business lines (Spares, Upgrades, Services)
- Business Development: Contribute to the identification, design, and promotion of new products and services to meet customer needs and drive company growth
- Sales Management: Maintain accurate records of sales and activities related to your business and customers, coordinate agents in the area, and deal with direct customers and support agents in standard proposals, if required
- Offering: Collaborate with the technical department to evaluate client requirements, conduct technical negotiations, and prepare commercial offers consistent with Company capabilities
What You Need to Be Successful:
- Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electronic, or similar)
- Strong passion and curiosity for technical topics
- At least 4-5 years in similar roles with proven success in sales results
- Customer orientation/Customer Service mindset
- International experience will be considered a plus
- Fluent English; mastering Spanish or another language will be considered a plus
