Accountabilities

  • Manage the Wholesale/ Franchisee / Travel Retail for Watches, Jewelry and Accessories for the assigned area
    (North of Italy, Balcans, South Europe, Israel and Turkey):
  • Cooperate to the definition of the yearly sell in and sell out budget (by Client)
  • Analyze monthly sell in, sell out and stock of the clients in order to place reorders and evaluate needed actions
  • Develop High End business within Key Business partners
  • Collecting and placing orders, manage credit, returns, and all activities related to accounts receivables
  • Assessing and scouting the markets of reference (including competition development) & contacting potential business partners. Prepare internal presentation/recommendation for new openings and evaluate closures.
  • Manage showroom and roadshows involving clients in the key local and global appointments /fairs organized by the company
  • Assessing POS compliance with Bulgari guidelines (assortment, stock, visual merchandising, store layouts etc.) and undertake appropriate actions
  • Develop the image of the POS in the area of responsibility through a personalization plan (Objective to personalize with a corner all key accounts)
  • Cooperate with marketing department in the implementation of clients marketing plans (events, incentives, windows) and activities to maximize the sellout.
  • Cooperate with local trainer in the organization of training sessions in the area/market of reference
  • Cooperate with Watches Business Unit in the implementation of special projects
  • Cooperation with customer service and AFSS dept. to guarantee the best possible service to the customer

PROFILE

Qualifications / Professional Capabilities

  • Degree in Business studies, Economics or equivalent education
  • Significant experience in Luxury sales or related activities is preferable
  • Passionate for luxury watches and jewels
  • Knowledge of operational and logistics flow
  • Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage
