We're on the hunt for a dedicated and outcome-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our crew in Milan. As a Senior Sales Executive, you'll collaborate with various teams like Marketing, Business Development, Pre-Sales, and Professional Services to boost business growth across Italy. Your main tasks will include targeting new companies, maintaining a steady flow of potential leads, and working closely with our Partners to reach the sales quota.

This role offers a fantastic chance to be part of a rapidly expanding company that offers cutting-edge products in the market.

Core responsibilities:

  • Increase sales of software licenses through acquiring new customers independently
  • Handle the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals
  • Exceed sales targets and qualify leads effectively
  • Build and manage a pipeline of quality opportunities through different channels
  • Collaborate with the team to maximize revenue
  • Understand and effectively communicate the benefits of our product to potential customers
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships at the management level
  • Utilize tools to manage sales processes and forecast accurately
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in Enterprise Software Solution Sales, particularly in CPM/EPM or BI fields
  • Successful track record in leveraging Partner and Alliances network
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC opportunity management
  • Experience in selling solutions to the FSI industry is a plus
  • Willingness to learn about BOARD software and showcase its advantages
  • Knowledge of Budgeting, Planning, and Forecasting processes
  • Background in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with C-level executives
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, team player, and resilient mindset
  • Competitive drive with excellent communication skills
