La figura professionale sarà inserita nella Funzione "Risk Management & Internal Control" con le seguenti responsabilità:
- Garantire una gestione completa dei rischi, dall'RFQ attraversando l'intero ciclo di vita della commessa.
- Fornire assistenza al team di Risk Management nell'esecuzione della valutazione dei rischi aziendali seguendo le best practice del framework ERM, prevenendo e gestendo i potenziali rischi aziendali attraverso il coordinamento dei diversi stakeholder.
- Sostenere le fasi di individuazione, valutazione e monitoraggio regolare dei rischi emergenti e dei rispettivi piani di trattamento.
- Proporre e sostenere le analisi nell'ambito del Project Risk Management, segnalando prontamente eventuali casi di inadeguatezza rispetto alla propensione al rischio al fine di individuare le necessarie azioni correttive.
Requisiti:
- Stiamo ricercando un/una professionista senior laureato/a in ambito economico, giuridico o scientifico.
- È richiesta una buona conoscenza della struttura e dei processi aziendali, oltre a competenze nell'utilizzo di tool e sistemi informativi. Le competenze comportamentali fondamentali includono una propensione al pensiero analitico e multidisciplinare, proattività, curiosità, capacità di lavoro di squadra, senso dell'urgenza, efficienza ed efficacia realizzativa, nonché un orientamento al risultato.

Stipendio: a partire da €1.000,00 al mese
