The Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Risk Security Specialist to join our team, responsible for ensuring effective risk mitigation and control processes for security issues. This role will involve defining and maintaining policies and documentation for our security program, working closely with our 1st Line CyberSecurity team to address risks within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards (PCI DSS, ISO27001, etc.).
  • Conduct regular security audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to the 1st Line Security organization on risk management and security best practices.
  • Monitor and validate the security maturity level of key suppliers and partners.
  • Support the Information Security activities of our MS Security organization.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Risk Security Specialist with a strong background in information security, risk management, and/or cyber security. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of implementing effective risk management strategies.
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant security frameworks and industry standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present security findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Results-driven and persistent, with a strong attention to detail.
