Per la nostra sede di Milano - Cinisello Balsamo ricerchiamo una **figura junior, **da formare e inserire nel team, che si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

- supporto nella pianificazione e organizzazione di tutti i servizi legati alla salute e sicurezza sul lavoro per le aziende clienti, dalle visite mediche per i lavoratori ai corsi di formazione;
- inserimento e archiviazione back office di tutte le informazioni inerenti i servizi quotidianamente erogati;
- supporto alla rilevazione dei fabbisogni formativi del personale delle aziende clienti e definizione di Piani formativi e corsi di formazione mirati (anche finanziati tramite Fondi interprofessionali);
- comunicazione e relazione continua con tutti gli interlocutori previsti (es. clienti, fornitori, consulenti esterni, etc.).

Requisiti obbligatori:

- diploma o laurea universitaria;
- dimestichezza con l'utilizzo dei principali strumenti informatici (es. Windows, MS word e Excel);
- predisposizione al lavoro in team;
- capacità di relazione e comunicazione con diverse tipologie di interlocutori;
- intraprendenza e capacità di problem solving;
- Disponibilità full time.

Requisiti preferenziali:

- diploma di ragioneria o laurea in ambiti umanistici, preferibilmente in percorsi di studio legati alla formazione professionale;
- esperienza, anche di breve durata, maturata in ambiti lavorativi similari.

Cosa offriamo: stage full time retribuito della durata di 6 mesi con possibilità di futuro inserimento e contrattaulizzazione a tempo indeterminato

Contratto di lavoro: Tirocinio formativo/stage
Durata contratto: 6 mesi

Stipendio: Fino a €500,00 al mese
