Reporting to the Professional Education Manager, we are in search of a Junior Professional Education Advisor for our Italian division. In this role, you will be instrumental in defining and implementing the Local Customer Education and Training Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Line Manager to develop the annual Business Unit training and education strategy for healthcare professionals, ensuring the diverse needs of various customer segments are addressed.
  • Responsible for planning, executing, and following up on training events.
  • Act as a project management reference point for agencies and other third parties involved in organizing the educational initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of training activities.
  • Support the management of Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Foster relationships with specific Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Manage sample shipments for training events.

What you will bring:

  • A degree in Business or Science is highly preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role; experience in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry is advantageous.
  • A resilient, positive, and energetic professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem management and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in task management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, complemented by strong interpersonal abilities and the capacity to work within a team and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Willingness to work on weekends.
