About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Logistics and Co-Packing Operation Department as an intern. As a Logistics and Co-Packing Operation Specialist, you will be responsible for various tasks, including:

  • Logistic accounting tasks, such as inventory movements, system interfaces, and waste analysis
  • KPIs analysis and tracking
  • Financial and economic evaluations
  • Cost analysis and budget support preparation
  • Participating in project team meetings and preparing minutes and data collection
  • Granting the capacity of co-packers to deliver right availability of co-packed products in right quantity and right timing through constant evaluation of demand, building strong relations with co-packers and pack suppliers, and maintaining open communication with them
  • Taking care of BOM updates management for co-packed items
  • Working closely with supply planning co-packing to set up a smooth collaboration to fulfill customer service delivery
  • Being part of roll-out to deliver all co-pack related activities within I2M projects on time and in full, considering time, quality, and cost for the Italian market
  • Promoting productivity projects, process optimization, and best practices implementation across the NWE E2E team
About You

We are looking for a student or recent graduate of Business school, University, or equivalent with:

  • Previous experience in logistics (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Collaborative, team-working approach, and ability to establish good relationships with stakeholders
  • Time and priorities management, analytic skills
  • Proficiency in Office package and SAP environment (preferred)
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to establish good relationships with different people
