Amplifon is seeking a skilled professional to join its Global Supply Chain Team as a Logistics Support Specialist. This role will be part of the Global Shop Logistic Support team, working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on building a high-performing logistics support service.

Reporting to the Global Shop Logistic Manager, the Logistics Support Specialist will:

  • Guide the Local Shop Logistic Support team in daily activities and support them in exception management and supplier issue resolution.
  • Perform analysis on performance and process monitoring activities for a cluster of countries.
  • Manage service support for assigned countries.
  • Manage supplier performances and collaborate with them to ensure seamless communication and prompt problem-solving.
  • Work with the account payable team, supply chain, and IT team to ensure efficient and accurate Procure to Pay processes (claims, return management, etc.).
  • Contribute to improving Purchasing processes and support performance excellence initiatives.
  • Recommend improvement actions based on continuous analysis of KPIs, both internally and with suppliers.
  • Support the rollout of Amplifon's Supply Chain transformation in different Country Organizations.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, logistics, or engineering.
    • Years of experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics Operations, Procurement Operations, Sales Support.
    • Continuous improvement orientation.
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
    • Customer-oriented approach, able to problem-solve and support resolution.
    • Ability to work well through cross-functional activities and responsibilities.
    • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
    • Fluent in English and Italian, with other languages (French, Spanish) appreciated.
    • Working knowledge of ERP (Oracle preferred) and order automation tools (EDI protocols, Supplier Portals, etc.).
