The Role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team and support our logistics operations. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing internal logistics operations, collaborating with other departments, and implementing logistics processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage internal logistics operations to ensure efficient material flow and sample management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support schedules and delivery timelines.
  • Implement and maintain logistics processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage and support activities related to events, such as fashion shows, sell campaigns, and shootings; with the possibility to travel.
  • Be in charge of all the movements related to the Samples that you'll receive from the other departments, both outbound and inbound.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics or supply chain management.
  • A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of the basic customs documentation and operations.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Proficient in using logistics software and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong commitment to maintaining operational efficiency and professionalism.
