Reservation Manager

La figura ricercata si occupa delle seguenti attività:
- Gestione del reparto prenotazioni al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi annuali assegnati;
- Inserimento puntuale delle prenotazioni nel PMS e controllo puntuale di tutte le prenotazioni inserite in Opera tramite interfaccia;
- Gestione del sistema automatico di conferma prenotazione di Serenata;
- Creazione e configurazione di rate code in Opera, in Synxis e nelle OTA;
- Inserimento di tutte le restrizioni in termini di prepagamenti, politiche di cancellazione e minimum stay in Opera, in Synxis e nelle OTA sulla base delle indicazioni della Direzione;
- Inserimento dei cambi tariffari in Opera sulla base delle indicazioni della Direzione;
- Gestione dei rapporti con TO/WHS/OTA nel rispetto degli standard aziendali;
- Applicazione degli Standard e Procedure LHW e supervisione del rispetto degli stessi da parte dei propri collaboratori;
- Redazione di reportistica relativa all'andamento delle vendite per la Direzione.
- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nel medesimo ruolo in hotel di Lusso o in catene alberghiere;
- Perfetta conoscenza del sistema Synxis;
- Conoscenza dell'interfaccia Oxi;
- Perfetta conoscenza degli Standard e Procedure LHW;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Esperienza nella gestione di risorse;
- Precisione e ottime capacità di analisi.
Completano il profilo: flessibilità, attitudine al problem solving e una naturale predisposizione al rapporto interpersonale.
Residenza e/o domicilio in loco o in zone limitrofe costituiranno titolo preferenziale.
