- Gestione ordinaria e straordinaria delle problematiche IT lato client
- Manutenzione delle postazioni di lavoro e delle periferiche ed assistenza utente
- Creazione utenze e profili
- Backup e ripristino dati
- Gestione ticket
- Gestione della posta elettronica
- assistenza agli utenti
Sono richieste conoscenze relative a:
- Sistemi operativi Microsoft
- Conoscenza del pacchetto Office
- Active directory
- Sistemi di ticketing
La figura ideale dovrà essere in grado di gestire ed organizzare le attività quotidiane in piena autonomia e dovrà avere buone doti comunicative e di collaborazione.
Sede di lavoro: Roma (RM)
Orario di lavoro dalle 9-18 dal lunedì al Venerdì.
