Responsabilità:
Accogliere i nostri ospiti presso il desk di accoglienza ed essere un entusiasta primo punto di contattoGestione del processo di accoglienza e check-in degli ospiti tramite il CRMGestione del processo di prenotazione dei 3 outlet F&B, tramite l''utilizzo di telefono ed emailEffettuare i "recall" e per assicurare la conferma delle prenotazioniGestione delle corrispondenze con gli ospiti in merito a prenotazioni o altre richiesteCercare di migliorare l''esperienza dei soci con una continua attenzione alle preferenze di questiAccogliere e gestire le richieste dei soci in modo appropriato per mantenere un alto livello di soddisfazione e quali confrontandosi con i manager di riferimentoEssere in grado di dare informazioni riguardo i vari servizi offerti da Casa Cipriani Milano
