Our team members are the driving force behind our success, and we're seeking a talented Cluster Reservations Agent to join our iconic hotel in Milan and Taormina, Italy.
About the RoleWe're looking for a highly skilled and organized individual to manage reservations for our luxury hotels. As a Cluster Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for handling guest inquiries, processing reservations, and ensuring seamless communication with our front-of-house team. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in delivering exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Manage reservations for our luxury hotels, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of guest requests.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional service, responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person requests.
- Collaborate with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless communication and efficient guest service.
- Process internal reservations, employee complimentary room requests, and other special requests.
- Utilize our property management system to retrieve and update room reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide general information and inquiries to all callers, including hotel services, hours of operation, and key personnel.
- Adhere to our telephone etiquette standards, ensuring a professional and friendly tone.
- Play an active role in the Guest Satisfaction field, adhering to our Four Seasons Standards and Aspire guidelines.

Schedule & HoursThis position is based at the Four Seasons Milan, and we offer a fixed-term contract. You'll work a flexible schedule, including all shifts, weekends, and holidays. Fluency in English and Italian is required, and you must possess the legal right to work in Italy.
