Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Booking Agent to join our team at Starhotels. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing room reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reservation Management: Efficiently manage room reservations, ensuring seamless communication with guests and internal stakeholders.
  • Sales and Marketing: Utilize sales techniques to promote our hotel and services, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Customer Service: Provide professional and approachable service to guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Operations: Familiarity with Opera PMS is essential for efficient operations and data management.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills are required to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory, with additional languages being an asset.
  • Experience: A minimum of years' experience as a Booking Agent is required.
  • Skills: Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
