The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Support and Cleaning Agent to join our team in Milan. As a key member of our depot team, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional level of customer service and maintaining our fleet of campervans in pristine condition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and prepare campervans for rentals, adhering to company standards and client requests;
  • Verify and equip vans before each booking;
  • Perform regular inspections and maintain accurate records of the vehicle's condition;
  • Move and park vans, as well as pick up clients from the airport;
  • Clean and maintain equipment, extras, and consumables stored at the depot;
  • Deliver and collect vehicles from repairs and maintenance, or deliver vehicles to specific locations.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive a van;
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods;
  • Previous experience in preparing vehicles for rental or sales (desirable);
  • Attention to detail and an eye for cleanliness and inspection;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Immediate availability.
