About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People and Culture Manager to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Milano. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of our people strategy, ensuring that our hotel is perceived as an Employer of Choice in the destination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of our people strategy, aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including talent management, learning and development, and employee relations.
- Champion top talent and actively support succession planning, ensuring that our hotel has a strong pipeline of future leaders.
- Support the hotel as a business partner in learning and development, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Drive corporate people and culture initiatives, including employee engagement, recognition, and rewards programs.
- Manage the financials of the HR budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to support business objectives.
- Conduct regular audits of HR records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Organize and supervise all employee recreation programs, promoting a healthy work-life balance and employee well-being.
- Support recruitment, selection, onboarding, and talent management processes, ensuring that we attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Analyze compensation and benefits trends, ensuring that our total rewards package is competitive and aligned with business objectives.
