About the RoleWe're looking for a highly skilled and organized individual to manage reservations for our luxury hotels. As a Cluster Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for handling guest inquiries, processing reservations, and ensuring seamless communication with our front-of-house team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage reservations for both hotels, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
- Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth guest experiences
- Process internal reservations, employee complimentary room requests, and other special requests
- Utilize our property management system to retrieve and update room reservations
- Perform pre-arrival checks and ensure all guest requests are met
- Prepare internal memos to inform departments of upcoming arrivals and special requests
- Handle guest problems or complaints, escalating issues to the appropriate departments as needed
