**Posizione**:
**un/a Project Manager.**

La risorsa riporterà direttamente al COO EMEA, lavorando a stretto contatto con l'account manager locale e il rappresentante di vendita locale.

Le responsabilità di gestione del progetto includeranno la consegna di ogni progetto in tempo utile per lo scopo.

La risorsa dovrà avere un background in competenze aziendali, gestione, analisi finanziaria ed ESG.

Dovrà ottenere il meglio dalle persone e dai progetti che supervisiona e su cui lavora; possedere brillanti capacità informatiche, di ricerca e di comunicazione.

Principali responsabilità:
Coordinare le risorse interne in accordo con le altre funzioni per la perfetta esecuzione dei progetti;
Garantire che tutti i progetti siano consegnati in tempo e per lo scopo assegnato;
Sviluppare le finalità e gli obiettivi del progetto, coinvolgendo tutte le parti interessate e garantendo la fattibilità técnica;
Garantire la tempestiva richiesta di risorse e collaborare all'allocazione delle stesse;
Sviluppare un piano di progetto dettagliato per monitorare i progressi;
Utilizzare tecniche di verifica appropriate per gestire i cambiamenti nell'ambito e nella pianificazione del progetto;
Misurare le prestazioni del progetto utilizzando sistemi, strumenti e tecniche appropriati;
Segnalare e inoltrare alla direzione secondo necessità;
Supporto alla gestione del rapporto con il cliente in relazione ai deliverable;
Eseguire la gestione del rischio per ridurre al minimo i rischi del progetto;
Creare e mantenere documentazione di progetto completa.

**Requisiti**:
Laurea in Finance, Business, Economia, Corporate Law, o in settore relativo a Capital Markets.

Conoscenza ed esperienza in Capital Markets, ESG Advisory, Investor Relations e Comunicazione Finanziaria;
Certificazione Project Manager;
Esperienza di 3/5 anni in attività di PM, possibilmente proveniente dallo stesso settore;
Capacità di analisi finanziaria, di comunicazione, di lavorare in team, di leadership;
Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese;
Conoscenza avanzata Excel e PowerPoint

Conoscenza e familiarità in Bloomberg, FactSet, Thomson Reuters.
