Ad oggi, l'azienda è alla ricerca di un R&D Laboratory & Pilot Plant Technician da inserire all'interno del team di R&D Pilot Plant e si occuperà di eseguire progetti di sviluppo.
In particolare, si occuperà di:
- ricerca e sviluppo: ricerca bibliografica, analisi delle richieste, definizione degli aspetti tecnici e di logistica;
- gestione dei progetti: gestione dei protocolli, conduzione dei test sperimentali, analisi dei dati;
- conduzione di apparecchiature: gestione dei software di controllo e acquisizione dati, gestione di apparecchiature bench-scale e pilota;
- Redazione delle procedure SOP e di sicurezza;
. Redazione dei report finali descrivendo scopo, materiali, metodi, risultati e conclusioni..
La figura avrà modo di interfacciarsi con i colleghi di team e di altri dipartimenti, nonché con fornitori e clienti per il corretto svolgimento dei progetti assegnati.
La risorsa ricercata ha capacità di lavorare sia in autonomia che in team, possiede una comunicazione assertiva, onesta e trasparente ed è disponibile a lavorare in orari estesi in caso di test prolungati.

Inquadramento e retribuzione: Contratto di Assunzione a Tempo Indeterminato. RAL indicativa € con premio su KPI aziendali
Requisiti:
- Diploma Superiore o Laurea in chimica, chimica analitica, chimica industriale;
- Lingue: inglese letto/scritto buono;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office (excel e power point avanzato);
- Conoscenza delle analisi strumentali (GC, HPLC, IC, Potenziometria,...);
- Gradite competenze di programmazione e gestione data base;
- Competenze di chimica e dei processi chimici;
- Abilità nella redazione di report tecnici, SOP, metodi e manuali analitici.
