La risorsa individuata risponderà alla Direzione Progettazione e Sviluppo, partecipando alla progettazione e seguendo l'intero ciclo di progetto.

Si occuperà di coordinare e gestire le attività di progettazione in collaborazione con le aree di pertinenza, di gestire direttamente o in supporto alle aree di pertinenza i budget di progetto valutando eventuali scostamenti o modifiche da apportare in corso d'opera di concerto con l'area amministrativa, di predisporre la reportistica periodica e finale di progetto per gli interventi direttamente gestiti e di supportare le altre aree per progetti non direttamente gestiti, di coadiuvare l'area comunicazione per le attività di visibilità e/o sensibilizzazione strettamente collegate ai progetti, di mantenere le relazioni con finanziatori, partner e portatori di interesse.

Si richiedono:

  • Laurea o Master in Management/ Scienze dello sviluppo e della cooperazione internazionale o alternativamente in giurisprudenza/economia
  • Esperienza di almeno 3 anni nel Project Cycle Management di progetti nazionali ed internazionali (dall'ideazione alla realizzazione del progetto)
  • Conoscenza dei programmi di finanziamento, incluso regole di gestione e rendicontazione, delle principali istituzioni pubbliche e private a livello nazionale ed europeo
  • Esperienza di gestione e coordinamento di gruppi di lavoro e staff;
  • Capacità di pianificazione, gestione e monitoraggio delle attività e di lavoro per obiettivi, on time on budget;
  • Esperienza nella gestione finanziaria e amministrativa di progetti nazionali ed europei;
  • Esperienza pregressa di monitoraggio e valutazione di progetti;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata;
  • Disponibilità a viaggi e trasferte in Italia, in Europa e fuori Europa.

Aver maturato esperienze internazionali nel proprio percorso di studi/nella propria carriera professionale sarà titolo preferenziale.

Sede di lavoro: Milano, zona Maciachini.

Tipologia di contratto: Tempo pieno. Livello commisurato all'esperienza.
