In Getinge Italia stiamo cercando una risorsa da inserire in Stage all'interno del dipartimento Tender Office.

La persona che stiamo cercando farà parte di un team proattivo ed efficace e sarà direttamente responsabile dell'inserimento, in SAP, di tutti i prezzi aggiudicati/offerti non caricati a sistema, al fine di garantire la corretta fatturazione.

In particolare, in affiancamento al Tutor aziendale, avrai la possibilità di:

  • Verificare tutti gli ordini ricevuti da clienti pubblici, privati e distributori che riportano una discrepanza di prezzo tra quanto indicato dal cliente, nell'ordine, e quanto caricato in SAP.
  • Collaborare proattivamente con il dipartimento Sales per sanare quelle situazioni in cui l'offerta risulta scaduta.
  • Collaborare con i colleghi che si occupano dell'inserimento dell'ordine al fine di garantire la corretta fatturazione.
  • Mappare i contratti nell'apposito file di tracciamento.
  • Acquisire competenze nell'ambito di gestione del pricing anche attraverso l'utilizzo di SAP.

Requisiti richiesti

  • Livello di istruzione: preferibile Laurea breve o Magistrale.
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto MC Office, in particolare Excel e Outlook.
  • Gradita, ma non obbligatoria, esperienza con gestionale Sales Force e di SAP.
  • Capacità di applicazione di concetti aziendali, procedure e pratiche di qualità.
  • Lingue: Italiano madrelingua, discreta conoscenza della lingua inglese (almeno scritta).

Cosa ti offriamo

  • Contratto: Stage 6 mesi iniziali + possibilità di proroga di ulteriori 6 mesi.
  • Orario: Full time, dal lunedì al venerdì. Ingresso flessibile dalle 8:00 alle 9.30 e uscita a partire dalle 16:45 e fino alle 18.15.
  • Sede: Cinisello Balsamo (MI).
  • Modalità di svolgimento dello stage: 3 giorni a settimana in smart working.
  • Indennità di stage + Ticket Restaurant 8,00 €.
  • PC aziendale.
