Our Diagnostics division is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Italy. In cooperation with Sales Management, the Key Account Manager will design and implement coordinated sales plans for the territory to meet or exceed company targets.
What You Can Expect:
- Demonstrate the benefits/ solutions of Hologic's products to potential customers.
- Execute a professional sales process with end user customers from first contact to post-sale.
- Support existing and potential customer base in order to facilitate sales growth.
- Demonstrate Hologic values at a high standard by doing the right thing from the standpoint of the law, propriety and social judgment. Balance customer satisfaction and company profitability.
- Respond to customer requests and needs to resolve issues including product interest/enquiries, product orders, payment issues, technical support, troubleshooting, product support, training, education, problem solving, instrument installations, instrument repair, etc.
- Consistently achieve Sales Plan and maintain Expense Budget.
- Assist in gathering of Market data and information.
- Participate in trade show and customer gatherings, completing appropriate paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Performs other related customer based sales and support duties as assigned.
What We Expect:
- Proven work experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role, preferably with working knowledge of Diagnostics products.
- A strong understanding of the Health system and customers based in the region.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Experience managing complex procurement processes and tender management
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.
- Demonstrate basic computer skills including ability to utilize Hologic business applications, basic Excel, Word and PowerPoint applications, with minimal need for assistance.
- Full driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
