Mission of the position: the Cluster Backoffice Agent is responsible for ensuring the correct management of the reservations for the 4 hotels in Milan.

What will you have to do?

  • Receive and manage all the reservations coming from the Cluster Booking Center in Spain for the 4 Hotels in Milan;
  • verify the reservations have been correcty insert into the system;
  • manage all the economical and bureaucratic practices releated to the reservations;
  • monitoring of the occupancy of the 4 Hotels and produce reporting.

What are we looking for:

  • Previous experience in a similar role it would be a plus;
  • University degree, preferably in Tourism or Hospitality;
  • Advanced Italian and English knowledge; the knowledge of Spanish is a plus;
  • Interesting in a part-time 50% position.
