Job Description Summary::EMIR and REMIT Regulation

We are looking for a Specialist of EMIR and REMIT Regulation to join our Energy Management. Our business continuously growing and the financial topics are crucial. We are looking for someone who manages the contracts and the compliance duties.

Job Description::
Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Portfolio Management to finalize the contracts relating to derivatives (ISDA
  • EMIR Delegation Reporting)
  • Structuring the activities and the send the EMIR reporting to the Repository;
  • Supporting the Back Office to define and manage the REMIT procedures;
  • Collaborate with the Back Office team to check the reconciliations with the Financial Counterparties.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Deep knowldege of the EMIR Regulation and the compliance connected with financial products;
  • Knowledge of REMIT Regulation;
  • Knowledge of the main repositories sofware;
  • Familiarity with Risk management and commodities trading strategies

Key Requirements:

  • Proficient in English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Meet the deadlines
  • Accuracy
