DESCRIZIONE

La figura ricercata sarà di supporto alla funzione di Financial Reporting presso la sede di Milano e avrà il compito di analizzare l'andamento dei costi relativi ai contributi istituzionali e privati relativi ai progetti in Sudan, mediante la predisposizione e l'aggiornamento di prospetti di monitoraggio economico e finanziario.

A riporto del Financial Reporting Coordinator, il/la Financial Reporting Officer si inserisce nell'area amministrativa, operando al fine di monitorare i costi sostenuti nelle missioni operative in Sudan da rendicontare a finanziatori istituzionali e privati, nel rispetto delle procedure concordate. Lavorando in stretta collaborazione con l'ufficio Budgeting and Reporting, è di supporto nel fornire report periodici sull'andamento dei finanziamenti in corso in Sudan ed analisi di valutazioni economiche sui budget dell'Organizzazione stessa.

Principali compiti e responsabilità:

  • supporto nella predisposizione dei budget da sottoporre ai possibili donatori (istituzionali e privati) per le attività in Sudan;
  • Controllo ed analisi della contabilità ricevuta dalle missioni operative in Sudan dell'Organizzazione;
  • Monitoraggio e rendicontazione di costi relativi ai contributi istituzionali ricevuti dall'Organizzazione, nel rispetto delle linee guida dei principali donor (ECHO, AICS, WHO, OCHA...);
  • Monitoraggio e rendicontazione di costi relativi ai contributi ricevuti dall'Organizzazione da parte di Fondazioni ed Enti territoriali, nel rispetto dei contratti e delle convenzioni sottoscritte;
  • Controllo della documentazione contabile (fatture, buste paga, distinte di pagamento, F24, estratti conto, contratti, preventivi...) relativa ai costi inclusi nelle rendicontazioni;
  • Verifica del rispetto delle linee guida (interne e/o dei finanziatori dell'Organizzazioni), con particolare riferimento alle procedure di procurement;
  • Verifica delle imputazioni in contabilità (sui differenti driver di ripartizione) dei costi sostenuti dall'Organizzazione, relativamente al Sudan;

REQUISITI RICHIESTI

  • Esperienza pregressa almeno biennale in attività di rendicontazione all'interno di una realtà strutturata;
  • Diploma in discipline economiche ed effettiva buona conoscenza della contabilità;
  • Ottima dimestichezza con il pacchetto Office (in particolare con Excel);
  • Buona conoscenza dei principali applicativi di reportistica gestionale;
  • Conoscenza logiche di funzionamento ERP;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Ottima predisposizione al lavoro in team.

Completano il profilo ottime capacità organizzative e relazionali, affidabilità, precisione, capacità di analisi e di sintesi.

Si richiede eventuale disponibilità a brevi trasferte all'estero nei Paesi presso i quali sono presenti i nostri progetti.
