Are you techsavvy with a passion for customer care Were looking for a Customer Support Representative to assist users on their journey to quitting smoking and switching to alternative tobacco products. Youll provide expert support across multiple channels (voice email social) to help users with inquiries like charging ecigarette devices ordering refills locating service centers and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with technical and orderrelated queries.
  • Provide guidance on product usage and maintenance.
  • Use various communication channels to engage with users.
