Per il brand italiano più performante negli ultimi anni nel menswear, distribuito con retail in centinaia di punti vendita nel mondo, Suitex International sta selezionando la posizione di Head of Marketing & Communication.

La mission è la valorizzazione della brand identity, sviluppando nuove strategie di comunicazione che possano performare tanto nei canali digitali quanto in quelli tradizionali.

Responsabilità e mansioni del Head of Marketing & Communication Manager
  • Definizione e sviluppo di piani di marketing (Media, PR, Trade, Digital) a breve, medio e lungo termine;
  • Analisi di mercato attraverso indagini di mercato, analisi di competitor, surveys etc.;
  • Definire e comunicare una strategia che sia allineata all’identità del brand, con focus sull’innovazione digitale;
  • Gestione del Digital Marketing (supervisione del social media plan, SEO/SEM, ADwords, Analytics, DEM, analisi ROI);
  • Gestione delle attività di comunicazione interne ed esterne all’azienda: comunicati stampa, PR, contenuti digitali e social media;
  • Impostare un lavoro customers centric come leva per un miglioramento del posizionamento e percezione del brand;
  • Coordinamento degli eventi in-store (online e fisico), con l’impostazione di un piano cross-canale, trade e web;
  • Coordinamento del dipartimento Marketing fornendo leadership, supporto e mentoring, per garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi stabiliti;
  • Redazione di report periodici da condividere con il top management.
Requisiti e competenze del Head of Marketing & Communication Manager
  • Laurea in Marketing, Comunicazione, Economia o campo correlato. Un Master e/o MBA saranno considerati un plus;
  • Esperienza consolidata come Marketing Director in contesti strutturati e modernamente organizzati;
  • Provenienza da aziende del Fashion, preferibilmente menswear;
  • Passione e continua informazione sulle nuove forme di comunicazione;
  • Forte conoscenza delle ultime tendenze e best practice nel marketing digitale, inclusi social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, e-mail marketing, etc.
