Experis, società di Recruitment specializzata in ambito Digital & IT del gruppo Manpower, è alla ricerca, per conto di una società cliente, Software & Digital Agency in zona Milano, di una figura di apicale responsabilità da inserire nel ruolo di Head Of Performance Marketing:
Principali Responsabilità:
-> Elaborare strategie di alto livello per raggiungere gli obiettivi dei clienti
-> Pianificare ed eseguire strategie, assumendo la responsabilità per l'esecuzione con successo
-> Monitorare attivamente le campagne, verificando e regolando per ottenere i migliori risultati
-> Gestire un team composto da 6 risorse, di cui 4 specialisti in ambito SEM
-> Comunicare direttamente con tutti gli stakeholder interessati, sia esterni che interni
-> Assegnare correttamente i task ai membri del team assicurandosi che il risultato soddisfi le aspettative del cliente
Requisiti della Posizione:
-> Profonda conoscenza dei maggiori ADV Platforms
-> Competenze in ambito Paid Advertising
-> 5+ anni di esperienza in ambito Performance Marketing
-> Ottime competenze analitiche
-> Inglese fluente
Sede: Milano - Nord Est

RAL massima prevista per l'inserimento: 70 k circa
