This position reports to

Service Sales Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead local marketing and sales activities for products, systems, and services within the defined industry segment(s). You will ensure that the related business substantially increases sales, margins, market share, and customer satisfaction in the selected market segments. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the definition of industry group footprint (market presence, execution standards, and delivery model).

The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid. This role is contributing in Service Application in Customers Italy. You'll be responsible for Service Sales in Italy mainly in North Area. Main stakeholders are End Users Customers and Own State Companies. You will ensure efficient Sales & Marketing activities and communicate value proposition to customers related to the entire Service Portfolio: Retrofit and revamping Solutions, DA Solutions, Frame Agreement, Spares in Energy Distribution Customers and segments.

  1. Developing and implementing a market-based strategy including direct, third party, and project sales.
  2. Interpreting the global industry segment strategy to meet region/country requirements and implementing with country-specific action plans.
  3. Activating operation intelligence, benchmarking, and analysis to identify best processes, equipment, and automation practices, etc.
  4. Driving the growth of the top line in each target industry segment.
Qualifications for the role
  • Master's Degree in Engineering or a High School Diploma in the Electro-technical field.
  • Excellent command of MS Office tools.
  • Fluent in Italian and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Availability for business trips in Italy is required.
  • Customer-oriented, problem-solving attitude, and ability to work and communicate efficiently in a team, along with proactivity, precision, high motivation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills complete your profile.
  • Knowledge of Sales Force and LV & MV switchgears is preferred.
