Company Overview: Join our innovative team at 10Times, the largest event aggregator in India. With a focus on growth and expanding our client base, we are seeking a proactive Lead Generation Executive to drive our lead generation efforts and contribute to our sales pipeline.Location: BangaloreResponsibilities:
  1. Lead Identification and Research:
    • Utilize various tools and methods to identify potential leads within our target market.
    • Conduct research to gather information about prospects and their needs.
  2. Outbound Lead Generation:
    • Develop and execute outbound lead generation campaigns via cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
    • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and prioritize them for further engagement.
  3. Content Creation and Marketing:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content such as blogs, whitepapers, and case studies to attract potential leads.
    • Utilize content marketing strategies to generate inbound leads through SEO and social media channels.
  4. Lead Nurturing and Conversion:
    • Implement lead nurturing strategies to engage prospects and move them through the sales funnel.
    • Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
  5. CRM Management:
    • Use CRM software to track lead interactions and maintain accurate records of all activities.
    • Ensure timely follow-up with leads to maximize conversion rates.
  6. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare regular reports on lead generation and conversion metrics.
    • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Lead Generation Executive or similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
