Per seguire la forte crescita dell’agenzia, siamo alla ricerca di unAccount Director. La risorsa, inserita in un ambiente giovane e dinamico collaborerà al fianco del Client Service Director nella gestione dei vari progetti dell’agenzia.
RESPONSIBILITIES - Di cosa ti occuperai?
- Sarai di supporto al Client Service Director nella gestione del budget di agenzia sui progetti di agenzia
- Identificherai e proporrai nuove opportunità di sviluppo del business
- Gestirai e controllerai gli aspetti contrattuali e finanziari dei progetti ongoing
- Supervisionerai i progetti di agenzia in un’ottica di miglioramento dell'efficienza
ABOUT YOU - Cosa devi saper fare?
- Hai maturato almeno 3-4 anni di esperienza in un ruolo similare all’interno di un’agenzia strutturata
- Hai autonomia nella gestione del tuo lavoro e hai esperienza nel coordinamento di team di progetto numerosi
- Hai un’ottima capacità di analisi e di problem solving
- Conosci bene le logiche di costruzione e controllo dei budget di progetto
- Sai interfacciarti con stakeholder esterni (CDP, legal, freelance)
- Hai una conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese e sei in grado di gestire un progetto internazionale
WHAT WE OFFER
- Contratto a tempo indeterminato
- RAL compresa fra i 50K e i 55K
