At the end of 2023, Marcolin Group counted about 2,000 employees and net sales of €558.3 million. Place of Work: Longarone (BL) – hybrid. We are looking for the Regional Category Management Business Developer join the Global Channels Sales Operations Support Team. The person will be in charge of supervising the growth of its Region by coordination the AoR Cateogyr Managers Business Developers and by managing a portfolio of existing Customers and adding new prospects in MORE, the Vendor Management Inventory system of Marcolin for its best Accounts. Responsability Coordinate the AoR Category Managers Business Developers in their management of the assigned portfolio of Customers following the weekly automatic replenishments to our Customers’ stores/warehouses; Provide the Regional Commercial Coordinators with detailed analysis on the project development in the markets, Regional sell in and sell out reports and status of the customer activations in More; Based on the Commercial guidelines, approach new Key Accounts to include in the project; Maintaining and promoting a direct relationship with the Key Accounts in order to guarantee the functional performances of the system with the aim of ensuring the alignment of the quality of assortment, facing coverage and stock levels with the expectations of the customer, identifying and assigning coherent KPIs; Identifying potential drivers for the improvement of the sell-out and performances, through the analysis of sales data and facing, reporting any optimization opportunities to KAM / Sales Manager and supporting them for the implementation process; Optimize the procedures in the different markets by coordinating the AoR referents within the Region; Integrating the needs of all stakeholders in the MORE Project (Client, KAM, Sales Manager, Customer Service, Trade Marketing, Planning and Logistics); Being a “solution provider” in case of specific needs of the customers, identifying the way of integrating them with the Company procedures. Requisiti Knowledge/Experience of Category Management and/or Sales Analysis; Experience in coordinating a small team; Advanced knowledge of English; additional languages will be considered as a plus; Problem solving and commercial mindset together with analytic approach; Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Business Object; Project management; Dynamic, passionate and enthusiastic attitude; Ability to listen and to manage a commercial relationship; Willingness to travel abroad.
