Ubisoft - multinazionale leader nello sviluppo di videogiochi – sta cercando una figura da inserire presso la nostra sede di Assago in qualità di Impiegato/a ai Servizi Generali.

Inserita all’interno di una realtà lavorativa internazionale e dinamica, la risorsa diventerà il punto di riferimento per la gestione delle attività legate ai servizi generali e all’organizzazione della vita aziendale del nostro team di sviluppo e si occuperà di:

  1. Gestire e mantenere il rapporto con i fornitori nella gestione dei servizi generali legati al workplace;
  2. Organizzare viaggi e trasferte per il personale interno;
  3. Gestire gli acquisti di attrezzatura e materiale vario per l’ufficio;
  4. Accogliere gli ospiti (colleghi dall’estero, candidati, ecc.) e gestire il centralino;
  5. Smistare la posta in entrata e in uscita;
  6. Supportare l’organizzazione degli eventi interni;
  7. Supportare l’onboarding e l’offboarding delle persone;
  8. Gestione della reportistica a supporto di HR e Finance;
  9. Supervisionare le attività relative alla tutela della salute e sicurezza dei lavoratori;
  10. Analizzare le esigenze di manutenzione/miglioramento dell'ufficio.
Qualifiche

Per svolgere al meglio il ruolo sono richiesti i seguenti requisiti:

  1. Ottima attitudine alle relazioni interpersonali;
  2. Spiccate doti organizzative e propensione alla cura dei dettagli;
  3. Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nel ruolo in realtà aziendali;
  4. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata;
  5. Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office.
