Descrizione della posizione: Il Santagostino è alla ricerca di un/a Operations Officer da inserire nel dipartimento Operations della Business Unit Santagostino Dental & Business Insights. Questa figura sarà responsabile della costruzione e gestione delle attività operative del dipartimento, definendo, implementando e monitorando le procedure necessarie per garantire il corretto funzionamento del flusso primario.Principali attività: Responsabilità delle attività Operations della Business Unit Santagostino Dental & Business Insights. Definizione, implementazione e monitoraggio delle procedure operative necessarie per garantire il corretto funzionamento del flusso primario. Gestione degli acquisti dei materiali e delle forniture. Organizzazione degli ordini e definizione della gestione ottimale del magazzino e della supply-chain. Monitoraggio dei costi e delle spese per garantire il rispetto del budget aziendale. Analisi dei dati per migliorare continuamente il flusso operativo e le prestazioni dell'area. Definizione di progetti di sviluppo operativo che supportino, in prima persona, la crescita delle attività sul territorio nazionale. Requisiti e competenze: Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Economia o campi simili. Esperienza in ruolo simile di almeno 1-2 anni. Forte competenza di Excel o di strumenti più complessi di analisi dati. Precisione e attenzione ai dettagli. Capacità di gestire progetti complessi, analizzare la realtà attraverso dati e numeri, con altri portatori di interesse (anche in altre lingue). Capacità di ascolto. Valore per il gioco di squadra. Capacità di lavorare in modo autonomo, proattivo e in team, con una forte attitudine alla risoluzione dei problemi. Ottime capacità di comunicazione e relazione interpersonale per interagire con il personale clinico e amministrativo. Voglia di mettersi in gioco, di affrontare nuove sfide con passione e creatività e propositività. Disponibilità full time. Cosa offriamo: La RAL prevista per questo ruolo è in una forbice fra 26.000-30.000 €, da definire sulla base delle esperienze pregresse. Scontistiche su prodotti e servizi offerti da Santagostino.
