Position Overview: The Director of Treasury at Augmentjobs will oversee the companys financial assets ensuring efficient management of liquidity capital structure and risk. This role involves strategic decisionmaking to optimize cash flow manage financial risks and support the companys growth objectives. The Director of Treasury will work closely with senior leadership finance teams and external partners to maintain the financial health and integrity of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Treasury Operations Management: Oversee daily treasury operations including cash management forecasting and financial modeling. Ensure the optimal allocation of cash resources and efficient management of working capital.

  • Liquidity Management: Develop and implement strategies to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and strategic needs. Monitor cash flow forecasts and manage shortterm borrowing and investment activities.

  • Risk Management: Identify assess and manage financial risks including foreign exchange interest rate and credit risks. Implement hedging strategies and use financial instruments to mitigate risks.

  • Debt Management: Manage the companys debt portfolio including negotiating and structuring debt agreements monitoring compliance with covenants and optimizing the capital structure.

  • Banking Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks financial institutions and other key stakeholders. Negotiate terms for loans lines of credit and other financial services.

  • Investment Management: Oversee the companys investment portfolio ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and risk tolerance. Monitor performance and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations including those related to treasury operations reporting and financial disclosures. Maintain a thorough understanding of industry standards and best practices.

  • Team Leadership: Lead mentor and develop the treasury team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement collaboration and accountability.

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement longterm financial strategies. Provide insights and recommendations based on treasury analysis and market trends.

  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on treasury activities financial performance and risk management to senior management and the board of directors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field. A Masters degree or professional certification (e.g. CTP CFA) is preferred.

  • Experience: 6 to 8 years of experience in treasury management corporate finance or a related field. Prior experience in a leadership role is required.

  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial markets instruments and economic principles. Expertise in cash management investment strategies and risk mitigation.

  • Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic decisions.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey financial concepts to nonfinancial stakeholders and senior leadership.

  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing highperforming teams. Ability to work collaboratively and influence crossfunctional teams.

  • Technological Proficiency: Proficient in treasury management systems financial modeling tools and relevant software (e.g. Excel SAP Bloomberg).

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Indepth knowledge of relevant regulations compliance requirements and industry standards.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align treasury activities with overall business goals. Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.

  • Location: The position is based at Augmentjobs headquarters with potential for some travel to meet with financial partners and stakeholders.

  • Reports To: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
