We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our Viva.com team in Milan as a member of the Client Acquisition Team. You will close sales for card terminals and related services through face-to-face contact with new clients, providing a first-class service aligned to customer needs, and acting as a trusted partner in a defined geographical region.

What you will do

  • Follow up on scheduled appointments and evaluate existing data about prospects, building rapport and validating their needs in relation to Viva Wallet offerings.
  • Make a compelling presentation of products/services driven by your understanding of the market and product features.
  • Close sales by selling the group products/services.
  • Schedule delivery and installation of card terminals in client premises.
  • Enter and update customer data in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback on contact center appointment quality.
  • Discuss and resolve issues with your area manager to achieve top sales results.
  • Undertake relevant training and promote team spirit.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of expertise in B2B field sales at mid-senior management level.
  • Track record of consistently achieving sales quotas.
  • Understanding of the retail, hospitality, and card terminal user markets.
  • Familiarity with financial products/services features.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Outstanding negotiation and sales skills with proven closing ability.
  • Strong organizational and diary management skills.
  • Resilient and persistent; able to handle objections.
  • Motivated to succeed, both personally and financially.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Full, clean driving license.
  • Excellent command of Italian and English.
