Unisciti al nostro team Commercial, in qualità di Sales Expert, ti occuperai di attività quali: Coinvolgere i fumatori adulti per aumentare la consapevolezza dei nostri prodotti senza combustione, in linea con le policy e le procedure aziendali.
Interagirai direttamente con i fumatori adulti. L’obiettivo dei Sales Expert è quello di far conoscere i nostri prodotti senza combustione, risolvendo dubbi o preoccupazioni. Potrai anche promuovere la fedeltà dei consumatori esistenti attraverso interazioni nei punti di contatto e stabilendo relazioni con i rivenditori per valorizzare i rapporti con i clienti.
Le attività specifiche comprendono:
- Presentare i prodotti senza combustione ai fumatori adulti nei punti vendita e in altre località selezionate, contribuendo a raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita (acquisizione e obiettivi qualitativi).
- Garantire interazioni di alta qualità con i consumatori, al fine di comprendere e adattarsi alle esigenze e alle domande.
- Costruire relazioni con il consumatore e aumentare la consapevolezza dei prodotti senza combustione.
- Impegnarsi con il rivenditore e il suo staff per sfruttare le loro interazioni con i clienti e aumentare le possibilità di interagire direttamente con i fumatori adulti. Aggiornarsi costantemente riguardo regolamenti locali e linee guida.
- Contribuire ai risultati di business raggiungendo i KPIs assegnati garantendo la perfect execution delle strategie commerciali.
- Identificare potenziali attività di business.
- Assicurare la visibilità ai prodotti in accordo con le procedure e le policy di PMI.
Chi stiamo cercando:
- Laurea triennale/magistrale; diploma di maturità con esperienza in ruoli commerciali.
- Residenza/Domicilio nelle aree limitrofe alle work location indicate; eventuale disponibilità al trasferimento in altre città in Italia.
- Competenze analitiche/logiche/matematiche.
- Eccellenti capacità comunicative.
- Eccellenti competenze relazionali e di negoziazione commerciale.
- Capacità di adattamento e flessibilità.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- Patente di guida rilasciata da almeno 12 mesi.
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Excel e PowerPoint).
Rappresentano un plus per il candidato:
- Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria o materie scientifiche.
- Precedenti esperienze commerciali in ambito FMCG.
- Abilità di lavorare in un contesto complesso e con deadline stringenti.
- Buona gestione dello stress.
- Team player, positive attitude e proattività.
- Spirito imprenditoriale e attenzione al dettaglio.
