Head of Sales📍 Crown Tours | Tour OperatorCrown Tours is a fast-growing international tour operator delivering high-quality tours and experiences across multiple destinations. As we continue to expand our commercial footprint, we’re looking for a senior Head of Sales to lead and scale our sales organization.🔍 The RoleThis is a key leadership position responsible for driving revenue growth across multiple sales channels, both on-the-ground and online.You will lead the Sales Team, structure scalable sales processes, and define the overall online & offline sales strategy, including partnerships and new business opportunities.🧩 Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and grow the Sales Team across different locationsCoordinate on-the-spot sales activities in Crown Tours’ front officesDefine and execute a global sales strategy, covering:Online sales channelsOffline sales initiativesStrategic partnerships (B2B, affiliates, resellers)Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance frameworksBuild and optimize sales processes, tools, and reportingCollaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and ManagementIdentify new revenue streams and growth opportunitiesEnsure consistency in sales standards and brand positioning🎯 RequirementsProven experience in a senior sales leadership role (Head of Sales / Sales Director)Strong experience managing and motivating sales teamsSolid background in multi-channel sales (on-site, online, partnerships)Strategic mindset with a hands-on approachStrong analytical and leadership skillsExcellent communication skillsFluent English (other languages are a plus)Experience in tourism, travel, or hospitality is a strong plus💼 What We OfferA key role in an expanding international companyDynamic, international and fast-paced environment📩 Interested?
