Job Title: Ecommerce Retention Specialist Email and SMS Campaigns

Location: PH / LATAM (REMOTE)

Job Type: FULL TIME

Work Hours: PST Time Zone (Flexible)

Salary range: USD (monthly)


We are looking for a creative and datadriven Ecommerce Retention Specialist to enhance our email and SMS marketing strategies and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop implement and manage email and SMS marketing campaigns to drive customer retention and increase lifetime value.
  • Create and execute segmented email and SMS campaigns based on customer behavior preferences and purchase history.
  • yze campaign performance including open rates clickthrough rates conversion rates and overall ROI and use insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design visually appealing and compelling email and SMS content that aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Conduct A/B testing on various campaign elements such as subject lines content and timing to determine the most effective strategies.
  • Manage and maintain email and SMS subscriber lists ensuring data accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g. GDPR CANSPAM).
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure our strategies are current and effective.
  • Develop and implement automated workflows for customer journeys including welcome series abandoned cart reminders and reengagement campaigns.
  • Report on campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement to enhance customer retention and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing email and SMS marketing campaigns preferably in an ecommerce setting.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g. Klaviyo Mailchimp etc.) and SMS marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in data ysis and reporting with the ability to interpret metrics and make datadriven decisions.
  • Excellent written communication ss with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify Magento) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices for email and SMS marketing.

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and effective content.
